Dave has lived and worked in Denton and Collin County since 1985. After serving 6 years in the Navy, he managed a couple of steakhouses and then sold wireless phones business to business. After purchasing his first home in Lewisville he decided to try his hand at mortgage. Dave has been a loan officer since the beginning of 2004. He started at a big bank with the goal of opening his own brokerage. For the past 18 years Dave has been a solution-oriented loan officer, always looking for ways to make loans happen rather then to simply turn them down. As a dual capacity lender, he has the ability to be a direct lender or to broker the loan. This gives borrowers an advantage over using the typical lender by making more options available.
